How it works
Three steps, no card details typed anywhere
- 1Install Braele
From the App Store, on iPhone. No account to create; the app works the moment it opens, and box breathing is free from the first session.
- 2Open the Pro screen and choose Monthly
From any locked pattern, or from Profile. The monthly plan shows its seven free days on the button; Apple handles the trial, so the date it would start charging is on the confirmation sheet before you agree to anything.
- 3Keep it, or not
Cancel in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions, any time before the seven days end and nothing is charged. Keep it and it renews monthly until you cancel. Prefer to pay once? The Lifetime option is on the same screen, no trial, no renewal, yours for good.
What Pro adds
4-7-8, coherent, the 4-6 calming breath, the energizing pattern and the custom builder for any counts you like. Every ambient sound: brown, pink and white noise, rain and ocean. Everything else, the living orb, the voice in six languages, haptics, Live Activities, widgets, Siri, reminders, streaks and Apple Health, is in the free app already.
What stays free forever
Box breathing, the physiological sigh and one ambient sound. Not a limited number of sessions, not a week: free, without an account, offline, for as long as the app exists. The box breathing timer on this site is the same exercise in your browser.
The fine print, in plain words
The trial applies once per Apple ID, on the monthly plan. After seven days it renews at the monthly price shown in the app for your country unless cancelled at least a day before. Manage or cancel it in your App Store subscriptions. Terms and privacy say the rest; Braele keeps no account and never sees your payment details.
