Braele 2.0

Every Braele release, and what it brought.

Braele 2.0

  • Braele 2.0 is a new app.
  • Four tabs: Home, Library, Stats and Profile. Everything that lived in Settings now has a place of its own.
  • The pattern library: nine patterns, including the physiological sigh (free), 7-11 and Triangle. Pin two to six of them to Home and put them in your order.
  • The voice breathes with you: every cue lands at the moment it happens, with a new "a little more" on the sigh.
  • Stats: a practice calendar with every day you showed up, plus milestones. Share a session, a streak or your totals as a card.
  • Tell Braele what you are here for (calm, focus, sleep, energy) and it suggests the pattern for the moment.
  • Support inside the app: write to us from Profile and read the answer there.
  • Gift links: a link from a friend can unlock Pro for a while. Redeem codes from Profile.
  • Also: a tip a day, with the ones you have read kept in a list; a steadier player under the Lock Screen; and dozens of small fixes.

Braele 1.3

  • Braele now speaks. Choose Sarah or Brian in Settings and hear every phase called out, with a calm "Relax. Settle in." before your first breath.
  • Live Activity: your session runs on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can breathe with the phone face down.
  • Breathe from anywhere: new Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets start your suggested pattern with one tap.
  • Appearance: pick light, dark or system in Settings.
  • Also: buy Braele Pro straight from the App Store page, and the last untranslated line is gone.
  • More ways in: long-press the app icon for Breathe now, Box and your last pattern, or say "Hey Siri, start breathing in Braele". A short tour shows you all of it after updating.

Braele 1.2

  • Braele has a whole new look — a fresh icon, a calmer palette, hand-painted scenery for every breathing pattern, and a new opening screen that becomes a moonlit night in dark mode.
  • Braele now speaks your language: the whole app is available in German, Spanish, French, Dutch and Danish, picked automatically from your device.
  • The home screen was redesigned around your practice: patterns front and center, a slim progress row, and a Tip of the day you can expand whenever you're curious.
  • Plus: new milestones for the physiological sigh, the app icon now adapts to dark and tinted Home Screens on iOS 18, and lots of small polish. Box breathing stays free forever.
