By downloading or using Braele ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Braele is a guided breathing and relaxation app provided for general wellness and informational purposes. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the applicable app store terms.

Braele is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional healthcare. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or feel unwell, consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any breathing practice. Stop immediately and seek help if you feel dizzy, faint, or uncomfortable. You use the app at your own risk.

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in any unlawful way.

Braele offers an optional upgrade, Braele Pro, either as an auto-renewing monthly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

A new subscriber may be offered a free trial; unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid month at the price shown before purchase, and any unused part of a trial is forfeited when a subscription is bought. The monthly subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings; cancelling keeps Pro active until the period ends. The lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not renew. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store under its terms, and any refunds are handled according to the store's policies.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braele and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page.
